Hi, I'm Flo Cojocaru. I'm a freelance web developer based in Lacey/Olympia, Washington, and I've been building and maintaining websites for over a decade, including leading an agency web department. Now I work directly with business owners on custom website development, ongoing maintenance, and emergency repairs.
I build new sites with WordPress, React, PHP, or plain HTML, whichever fits the project best, and I look after them once they're live: regular updates, security hardening, performance tuning, and technical SEO. When you get in touch, you're talking to the person who actually does the work.
If your site is hacked, down, or throwing errors, I handle emergency website repairs, from malware removal and crashes to broken updates and DNS problems. I reply to emergency requests within 2 hours on weekdays, 8am–6pm Pacific, and I check messages on evenings and weekends whenever I can.
